Sinestro Corps: Comic Books Best Read!
Captain Cool chimes in with reasons why DC”s latest Event Sinestro Corps has got more punch than Marvels World War Hulk

Hey folks, Captain Cool here and I just thought I”d share with you, The Global Collector audience why as the months go by I”m just lovin” the whole Sinestro Corpse War saga more and more.
But first a recap…
If you do not know, the basic story has Green Lantern’’s arch enemy Sinestro recruiting members to his very own Sinestro Corps.
Backed by the Fear Entity Parallax, a resurrected Anti Monitor, The Cyborg Superman and Superboy Prime the S Corpse launch an assault on Oa, they capture Kyle Rayner (Who is the embodiment of the Ion entity) strip him of his ion abilities and have Parallax merge with him.
Hal Jordan attempts to rescue him etc, there is an attack on the Green Lantern/planet Mogo (He is responsible for finding replacements when Green Lanterns die and if he died the rings would not find new recruits)
The Lanterns hold off the attack thanks to a new recruit named Sodam Yat. Now what is cool is that this guy is a DAXAMITE (for those who are not Cool, Daxamites are just about as strong as Kryptonians in the sun etc yadda yadda but Lead is fatal to them)
The Sinestro Corps attack again but instead of Oa they attack EARTH! Hal Jordan frees Kyle from Parallax, and apparently Superman, Supergirl and Power Girl defeat the Cyborg but do not kill him (I am not sure yet how)
Superboy Prime fights off nearly all the rest of the heroes again but starts losing only to be recharged when the sun rises.
The Guardians then decide to give Sodam Yat the Ion Entity.
This is more than “What If Superman had a Green Lantern ring” This is What If Superman had the super entity responsible for all the Green Lantern rings vs…well who knows, its going to be a hell of a fight…
My Prediction? New Ion kicks all sorts of ass until a bit of lead f***s him up. (Which is moot cause just get Firestorm to turn it into something NOT LEAD since Firestorm turned the Seattle Arc entirely into Kryptonite in an attempt to stop Superboy Prime.)
This whole fight is 1 000 000 times better than World War Hulk because there are 100 times more interesting things going on and the fights while epic are done well and not just hitting Hulk, him getting madder and hitting back harder.
Also the best part is Risk who lost his arm the first time during Infinite Crisis fighting S-boy Prime, but this time tries again and gets his OTHER ARM ripped off…LOL! what a turd!
